Pop Art.

Hey there everyone,

This post is just a few images that have been taken last week of the production of my Pop Art piece. I have used one of my favourite bands to create a piece similar to Andy Warhol's.

It is far from finished, and I will need to go alot more trials, but I am very happy with how it looks so far. I have been experimenting with colout, texture and background.

So, without further ado, here are some images for you. :)

This is the piece of lino that I carved, I use this to print all my copies.

This is one of the trials I produced. I wsa trying two-tone colour.

This is some wording that I am going to be using in the background of my prints, I was checking out how things look with different handwritten fonts and sizes. I used piece of tracing paper to print on so that I could see under it, and see the words going through.
